David Glenwinkel EA; MS Taxation, is founder and Chief Executive Officer of EMS. David has over 30 years of strategic tax experience. David is also the founder of many successful firms that have endured over the decades and remain successful today. As a founder and entrepreneur himself, he fully understands the views of hardworking business owners toward maximizing profits and minimizing taxes. In his philanthropic role, David is the founder of Village Care International, an organization that promotes self-reliance and business development in more than 2000 villages across eleven African nations (www.villagecare.com).
Dana Agosti, CPA, has over 25 years of experience in audit, tax, and consulting. She has her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Accounting from California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, CA. She began her career with Deloitte LLP, a “Big Four” accounting firm where she spent four years in audit services. Subsequently, Dana joined the private sector whereby she spent ten years as the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting for Coherent, Inc., worked at various start-ups in Silicon Valley, and was the Controller for the California Ear Institute at Stanford before becoming a mother. After taking a few years off, Dana joined CalCPA in their Sacramento Chapter and is now here at EMS. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her husband and son, and loves to hike, exercise, and spend time with friends.
Kristi Crowley, BA Business Administration, is the Chief Financial Officer of EMS. She has her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from Simpson University. Kristi has worked in the tax, accounting and business management industry for 13 years and has taken graduate level courses in taxation and property transactions from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, CA. Outside of her commitment to EMS she also manages her own family business and real estate portfolio consisting of multiple residential properties.
Fallon Stover, CRTP-CA, is the Account Administrator and Human Resources Manager for all EMS’s clients. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA. With her strong background in the Agriculture Industry, Fallon brings valuable knowledge and insight in a multitude of ways. When not in the office, she can be found carrying on her family’s legacy, raising beef cattle, somewhere in the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
Vanessa Tantum is the Office Manager for EMS where she plays an integral part of the services we perform for our clients. Her international business experience as an administrator and accounts executive for a large management firm in her native country of South Africa has proven invaluable to EMS. She spends her free time with her husband and two sons who are active in many sports.
